So excited to be bringing my gelato to the place in Aberdeen where I first stepped down - Rosemount.

All flavours are home-made, dairy-free, cruelty-free and made with joy. Made from my shack in Kingston, Moray where I have a gorgeous view of the sea.

The Kingston Gelato Shack

Each flavour requires a different batch. The nut flavours use a nut base, for example Chocolate and Hazelnut or Pistachio Choc Chip. Some others, like Mango and Passionfruit use a coconut milk base and sometimes I use a soy base, for chocolate and chocolate Mint Chip and recently I’ve started using oat milk in my bases.

I try and limit each flavour to having only one allergen to maximise food inclusivity. A lot of work goes into trying to reduce the number of ingredients whilst maximising the flavours.
