All of the gelato made in our kitchen is dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan-friendly. I do use nuts, soy, oat and gluten across different flavours; however, there is always another way to make a flavour come to life. And another benefit of having a small kitchen is that I can store certain ingredients separately and run everything through the dishwasher for an extra cycle when changing flavours.
I have a small container at the moment that is dedicated to keeping ingredients away from any nut cross-contamination. If you or your family/friends do have allergen intolerances and still enjoy ice cream, please get in touch, and I can talk you through the precautions I can take to make a special batch of free-from gelato that tastes even better than dairy gelato.
