Shack opening - 12-5 today. And if you see the lights on later on, it means my mixing is running late, so feel free to pop in.

Not going to comment on weather, other than to say it looks like a nice week for the Tattie holidays and today (Wed) we could have some nice summer warmth.

This gorgeous dark chocolate and toasted coconut is back in stock - potted and in the freezer. If you're thinking that dark chocolate is a bit bitter for you, this could change your mind. It's Organic 74% Dark Chocolate and it is super smooth.

Other flavours in stock today include Mango Passionfruit, Gooseberry, Raspberry Ripple, Chocolate Orange, Rum Raisin, Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut Choc Chip.

I made more rhubarb sauce yesterday, so I should have more Rhubarb Crumble in the shack later this afternoon, and testing is ongoing for Waffle Night on Saturday. Expect more pics.
