Dairy-free Pistachio and Dubai Chocolate

Today is the last day Kingston Gelato will be open before Christmas.

You can still get your gelato fix from our friends at Speyside Coffee Roasting Co, or from the Garmouth & Kingston Community Hub — check their pages for opening hours.

I’ll be in the kitchen until just after lunch, churning one last batch of my flavour of the month: Pistachio with a Dubai Chocolate Topping. Delicious — and I’ll admit, I won’t be too disappointed if it doesn’t sell out and I have to deal with the leftovers myself.

There’s also a small range of chocolate flavours available: Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Coffee, and Chocolate Hazelnut. All properly luxurious.

Thank you so much to my customers and friends — new and old. You’ve genuinely kept me going.

Have a lovely festive break. I’ll be back after Christmas with some new dairy-free gelato plans… including something I’ve had my eye on for a while: a much-loved ice cream cake.
