Flavours - 10th Nov
Apologies for the absence of flavour updates. I’ve been busy updating my kitchen, finishing the day job, visiting Rome and a handful of other good excuses.
And also creating an exclusive set of penguin-themed gelato tubs for the Garmouth and Kingston Community Hub film night. I hope to share more of those flavours shortly because they were fine.
Very excited to share my dabbling into Gooseberry and Banana this week, and a new chocolate based on 81% dark chocolate. Ten percent up on my previous chocolate and the results were smooth and sweet.
With the gooseberry and the banana I experimented with different bases.
Oh, and I finally dove into the Biscoff spread. I’ve been slightly obsessed since enjoying a Biscoff cheesecake at the Mill House Hotel in Buckie

🍫 Chocolate & Toasted Coconut
A rich, indulgent blend of smooth Peruvian dark chocolate and roasted coconut for a velvety gelato with a subtle nutty crunch. Comforting, tropical, and irresistibly creamy.
Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter) (81%), Toasted Coconut, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Butter, Sucrose, Dextrose, Inulin (Chicory Root Fibre), Agave Syrup, Stabiliser.
🍌 Coconut Banana
A tropical pairing that’s pure sunshine in a pot – ripe bananas folded into a creamy coconut base for a naturally sweet, smooth finish.
Ingredients: Bananas (25%), Coconut Milk, Sucrose, Dextrose, Inulin (Chicory Root Fibre), Lessenza (Natural Fibre), Agave Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Stabiliser, Lemon Juice.

Simple, smooth, and naturally sweet – made with perfectly ripe bananas for a rich, creamy texture and mellow flavour that speaks for itself.
Ingredients: Bananas (30%), Soy Milk, Coconut Milk, Sucrose, Dextrose, Inulin (Chicory Root Fibre), Agave Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Stabiliser, Lemon Juice.

🍇 Real Gooseberry
A bright and tangy scoop that captures the essence of early summer. Made with real gooseberries for a vibrant balance of tart and sweet.
Ingredients: Gooseberries (30%), Cashew Paste, Sugar, Dextrose, Agave Syrup, Inulin, Cocoa Butter, Stabiliser, Lemon Juice.
Allergens: NUTS
🥥 Gooseberry & Coconut
A fresh twist on a coastal classic – tart gooseberries softened by a creamy coconut base for a perfectly balanced, lightly tropical treat.
Ingredients: Gooseberries (25%), Coconut Milk, Sucrose, Dextrose, Inulin (Chicory Root Fibre), Agave Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Stabiliser, Lemon Juice.
🍪 Biscoff
A crowd favourite – smooth cashew-based gelato with warm notes of spiced caramel, swirled with Biscoff spread and scattered with crunchy biscuit pieces. Sweet nostalgia in every scoop.

Smooth, cosy, and full of autumn warmth – real pumpkin blended into a creamy coconut and soya base with chestnut sweetness and a hint of cinnamon and spice. Like your favourite autumn treat, only colder.
